Mr. Meintjes obtained his B.Com (Law) degree from the University of Stellenbosch and his LLB degree from the University of South Africa ranking within the top 2% of the academic achievers. Duly admitted as an attorney in 2006 with the Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa, he is also appointed on the Master of the High Court’s National Panel of Insolvency Practitioners. As holder of various Law awards, Mr Meintjes specializes in the following: Corporate and Commercial Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation in most branches of the Law focusing on Banking, Insolvency, Recoveries and related fields. With 20 years’ experience in his field and 17 years post-admission experience, he also serves as the firm’s in-house legal counsel.
