Mr. Van Den Burg successfully obtained his B.A LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 1992. He is a Director in the Litigation Department and has been with RWL Attorneys since serving his articles of clerkship in 1992. He was admitted as an Attorney in 1986. He was appointed as a Director in 1996 in the Litigation Department. He has appeared in most divisions of the High Court and has represented clients in the Supreme Court of Appeal as well as the Constitutional Court. He specializes in various areas of the Law but holds 30 years of experience in Banking Law, High Court Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Insolvency Law.
